This really works!,
Mr. Bowles’ correlation between weight loss and join problems offers a reasonable explanation for weight gain. The book is informative and highly researched. I’ve been dieting, exercising and taking 15000 Vit. D a day and have lost 10 pounds over the last month. I have a slow metabolism, but the D3 seemed to have put me on equal footing with someone who has a normal metabolism. Highly recommended part of your diet!

What a great read. So thorough and easy on the brain.
I thought it was going to be a bit of a humorous book. I felt just like that bear looks!! And I have just been told about being very low in vitamin D – this was at the beginning of the search for 4 illnesses. Just like your book says! You seem to have summed up exactly how I have felt with low vitamin D.
I think your thoughts, ideas and research is way ahead of its time and only hope people will sit up and take notice. Good references and links for people who need substantiation of your research. Enjoyed your personal advice regarding your very dangerous experiments.

The author tells how taking high doses of Vitamin D3 affected his weight and joint problems, as well as other health issues, and presents a very well-documented case for copying what he did. I found this book hard to read with all of the studies and abstracts referenced, but I was impressed with the scholarly approach and his theories and conclusions. He claims to have read 52,000 studies! This book is yet another amazing find in the Kindle Store that opened my eyes to new ideas and gave me answers to questions that I thought were insoluble.
