    I wanted to write a detailed review on this product just because when i tried to get a honest review on this product i hardly found one. Most of them were fake by BBV representatives. which i hated and disappointed as a customer i think this company should give some respect to real customers views.

    I noticed this product as one of my friend recommened to me. I was tempted to try this but did not want to get into the challenge program and the autoship stuffs. Heard so many ppl complain that its a pain and once u sign up i heard they really dont give a damn to ur concerns.

    So decided to try this for a month via amazon and see if its works for me.

    About the product:

    a) Tastes good
    b) Keeps me full
    c) Easy to make
    d) I think its little expensive

    How i make my shakes:

    a) I have my shakes with unsweetened Almond milk (4 Oz – 20 Calorie) + water (4 Oz) + 2 scoops of BBV shake mix (90 Calorie) + some frozen fruits (100 – 150 Calorie). Kind of makes my calorie to 250 – 280.
    b) I mix match the fruits so i don’t get bored.

    My first week: – (No Change in my weight)

    a) Had a shake for breakfast and for lunch
    b) Had 2 snacks in between (like apples, carrots. grapes, nuts)
    c) Had one sensible meal for dinner
    d) Had atleast 8 – 10 glasses of water
    e) No exercise at all
    I had no change in my weight and was little disappointed.

    My second week: – (Weight was not steady)

    b) Had 2 snacks in between (like apples, carrots. grapes, nuts)
    c) Had one sensible meal for dinner
    d) Had atleast 8 – 10 glasses of water
    e) No exercise at all
    My weight was not steady and it went up by 2 lbs and down by 2 lbs. Still disappointed.

    I decided to use myfitnesspal.com and start to track my calories and saw that i was above 200-300 calories each day, when i was under an impression that i’m not actually eating enough calories. So this was an eye opener to me. So monitorning them was helping to know what and how much i actually eat.

    My Third week: – (Lost 3 LB)

    c) Had one sensible meal for dinner
    d) Had atleast 8 – 10 glasses of water
    e) No exercise at all
    My weight was down by 3 LBS. myfitnesspal.com really helped a lot to monitor my calories.

    My forth week: – (Lost another 3 LB)

    b) Had 2 snacks in between (like apples, carrots. grapes, nuts)
    c) Had one sensible meal for LUNCH
    d) Had atleast 8 – 10 glasses of water
    e) No exercise at all
    My weight was down by another 3 LBS. I understood that i was eating around 400 – 500 calories for dinner which as a general rule people say its not good to eat more calories at night. So i swaped my shake timing.

    Also started to do slight exerice. Not got into it yet. But atleast started something.

    This product works. Make sure u consume the right calories. My goal is to lose 15-20 LBS. I’m now down by 6LBS in the first month. Now ordered another pack from amazon. Hope i do better this month. Will update my results.

    Also now i’m started to beleive that even without this shake by eating right calories and a lil workout will help u reduce weight and stay in shake. But i wanna reach my goal fast and then wil maintain my wight by eating right and exercising.

    It have been approximately 2+ months since i started to use this shake. And I have lost 9 Lbs so far. Its no magic like some ppl say that they lost 10 lbs in week and all that. Its kind of slow. But, YAY atleast something!! :)

    17 pounds in 20 days!!! This is not a gimmicky, nasty tasting shake–you’ll be peasantly surprised at how good the powder smells as soon as you open the package. I hit upon the perfect shake after just a few experiments– (I wasn’t too thrilled with the mix-in packets–too artificial tasting)2 scoops of mix, 14 oz nonfat milk, and a scant tablespoon of unsweetened 100% cocoa powder, and you are in Chocolate heaven! Two of these shakes a day, two fruit snacks, and a sensible, low carb dinner have produced amazing results. As a type 2 diabetic, I have seen my glucose levels plummet to near normal, and I have energy and an incredible sense of well being (must be all that chocolate!)

    I ordered this initially from a distributor and for some reason I thankfully did not get caught up in the auto-ship. I did ob well the first shipment which lasted me about 5 weeks and have lost 10 pounds. I lost the weight through calorie counting and exercise, not just shakes alone. My initial email from my distributor told me to consume 1100-1200 calories a day, that would make anyone lose weight fast, duh. I said screw that and found my ideal calories from My Fitness Pal and went to work. I will not lie, after the first few days of shakes and snacks, I was starving/famished even. I then found better snack choices including a poached egg over dry toast, tasty and filling to get me through the beginning. I now dont need the heavy duty snacks and do great with Laughing Cow soft cheese and wheat crackers. I dont do the shakes everyday, it’s really hard when I am feeding my daughter to try and drink a shake while she has something of substance to eat. I have started making healthier choices for dinner, including a lot of salads but all of this is stuff you can do without the shakes. I only continue them because it’s so much easier to make a shake than trying to find another meal option that fills me up with so little calories.

    For my shakes I use 2% milk, I thought about low fat or no fat milk but the calories were all the same, 1/2 a banana is great in the shake plus 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder (only 10 calories), 1 tsp of peanut butter and 2 scoops of shake mix. The banana definitely increases the calorie count but it’s really good and I dont find myself needing a snack when I used to.

    If you want a nice meal alternative this is a great choice, but just a reminder, I was STARVED in the beginning but prior to this I was eating a lot of food without any concern of calories or fat content so I think that has something to do with it too. Word to the wise, drink lots of water, it is very fiber rich and can cause constipation if you dont!

    Giving it 4 stars but I really think 3.5 is more accurate, the flavor is good but it’s not a magic weight loss potion like everything else it does require work. Sadly I was sold the magic weight loss potion but hey at 1100-1200 calories a day I would drop weight like crazy it I didnt pass out from hunger first.
