Pediatrics: Headache Update (Audio-Digest Foundation Pediatrics Continuing Medical Education (CME).)
Purpose: Audio-Digest Foundation CME/CE activities are designed to provide its learners – physicians and other healthcare professionals – with continuing education that will help identify clinical problems in their practice settings, provide content to help to solve those problems, and increase their application of knowledge to practice.
Audio-Digest Pediatrics is specifically designed to provide the participant with state-of-the-art information, including, but not limited to, the diagnosis and management of:

The goal of this program is to improve management of pediatric headache. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:
1: Classify pediatric headaches based on clinical presentation.
2: Screen pediatric patients presenting with headache using a definitive methodology.
3: Distinguish headaches associated with organic disease from those with benign etiologies.
4: Treat migraine headache in pediatric patients with pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic modalities.
5: Determine when it is appropriate to institute preventive measures for pediatric headache.
