Don’t Buy if You Already Have Original Version,
The reason why I say that is because those who own the original version will just have to download a 1-GB (it’s just a little over 1,000 MB) update that was released when this version was released.
You do NOT need to purchase this Director’s Cut and sell/give away your current copy (unless you don’t have very fast internet and don’t want to wait for the download to complete, unless you don’t have enough space for 1 GB, or if you just want everything “on-disc”). The update includes everything featured on this version – Move support, “Making of” videos, “The Taxidermist” DLC, etc. all for free.
This “Director’s Cut” edition is basically a “Complete Edition” or “Ultimate Edition” or “Game of the Year Edition” with all updates and add-ons burned into the disc.

Available from Amazon.com for $29.99 be wary of first listing. Game is QTE heavy and cinematic. Check the reviews for the standard version. This game is no different (and same price) but it does have extras including the DLC.
Director’s Cut includes:
Original game, Taxidermist DLC, Musical Score, Move support, 8 making of videos, 3 dynamic themes, 15 pieces of concept art, two bonus trailers (via playstation blog).

Bought this game having no idea what I was in store for. Little did I know I was about to be blown away. It’s definitely a psychological thriller from beginning to end. Its play like a movie with input from you. Every decision you has dire consequences and effects how the game ends. Definitely buy it and be amazed!
